Levant began with a feeling. The warmth of Dubai, the spice in the air, the way a beautiful scent can stay with you long after you’ve left a place. When Lisa came home and started Levant, she wanted to bottle that feeling, but she also wanted to do it the right way. Without harming animals. Without compromise. Without anything in our products you’d want to keep out of your home.

This page is about what that means in practice.

Cruelty-Free, Always

Nothing we make is tested on animals. Not our perfumes, not our candles, not our diffusers, room sprays, wax melts, or body care. Not at any stage of how we make them, and not by anyone we work with.

It’s one of the easiest promises we’ll ever make, and one of the most important. We won’t change our position on this for any market, any retailer, or any reason.

100% Vegan

Every Levant product is vegan. There are no animal-derived ingredients in our perfumes, no beeswax in our candles, no honey or animal fats in our body care. Our candles are hand-poured with 100% soy wax, a clean-burning, plant-based wax that’s renewable and lets the fragrance come through the way it was meant to.

Going fully vegan was a decision we made at the start, and we’ve stuck to it across every product line we’ve ever launched.

Made to Last

A scent should stay with you. That’s the whole point. Our perfumes are blended in small batches in the UK with a generous concentration of fragrance oil so they hold close to your skin throughout the day, not just for the first hour after you spray.

The same goes for our home fragrance. Our diffusers are designed to scent a room for weeks, not days. Our candles burn slowly and evenly. Our room sprays are concentrated enough that one or two pumps fills a space.

We’d rather you reach for a Levant bottle less often than have to keep topping up.

Gentle Enough for Real Life

Long-lasting doesn’t have to mean overwhelming. Levant fragrances are made to live comfortably in real homes, around sensitive skin, around children, around pets, and around the people you love. The luxury of a Levant scent should never feel like something you have to escape from. It should feel like something you want to come home to.

Handcrafted in the UK

Every Levant product is handcrafted in the UK in small batches. We don’t mass-produce. We don’t outsource the parts that matter. Bottles are filled, candles are poured, and orders are checked by people who care about getting it right, because we’re a small team and our name is on every box that goes out.

The ingredients themselves are sourced from the heart of the Middle East, where the world’s most beautiful raw materials have been grown and distilled for centuries. Bringing them home and crafting them here is the bridge Levant was built on.
