Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it, with any seals and tags intact and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at hello@levantperfume.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Hygiene & opened fragrances
For health and hygiene reasons, fragrances and personal care products that have been opened, used, sprayed, or had their seal or cellophane broken cannot be returned unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect. Unopened items in their original sealed packaging can be returned within the 30-day window.
Return shipping costs
We cover the cost of return shipping for items that are faulty, damaged, or incorrect. For change-of-mind returns, the cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and we recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Free samples
Any free samples included with your order are complimentary and do not need to be returned. Their value will not be deducted from your refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us at hello@levantperfume.com immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including opened or used fragrances and personal care products (for hygiene reasons), personalised or custom-made products such as bespoke wedding favours, and any items not in their original sealed condition. Please note that, as perfumes are alcohol-based, they are classed as restricted goods for shipping and must be returned following our instructions. Get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and unopened, with seals and tags intact and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
